Chronic Kidney Disease

This is a simple flow chart to help with a newly detected eGFR below 60. It is taken from the St Helier guidelines and I am grateful to Dr Kwan and his colleagues for its availability. Note that the units for urine protein/creatinine ratio are different. Divide the numbers here by 100 to get the Derby lab values (i.e. 100 mg/mmol = 1 mg/mg and both are equivalent to a protein loss of 1 gram per day).
